I have a flow that when an item is created it will Concat the ID and add the value to a text column.

I just created a new item and it works, but for some reason they all turned to another value?

This is a text column, not calculated, it is just populated with the Concat. I just want to rule out if im doing anything wrong with this flow before i investigate other options.

    Hi @jamescosten,

What actions are you using in your setup? When a new item is created and the update item actions? Can you share a bigger screenshot which shows the setup of all these actions?

Thats the whole flow. New Item, then Concat.

    Hi @jamescosten,

Yes, that setup looks pretty straightforward.

Can you open one of the older flow runs (the one with ID 35) and check/share the inputs and outputs of both actions?

Are the ID values in the trigger action and the Update item the same for that flow run?
