"An error occurred while communicating with the cloud service. make sure the access to required cloud services or blocked and try again." in power automate desktop.

Hi ,
need a work around steps for resolving the mentioned error.

    Hi @kamalivincent ,

     

    Its Just a connection issue.

    Please just try with these below steps.

    1. Sign Out and Sign again to Power automate .

    2. Restart your system and retry.

    Yesterday, I encountered a similar issue, but I believe it's due to a service outage from Microsoft. I attempted to resolve it by switching to another environment and using whichever one worked temporarily. I suggest trying to switch environments and also signing in and out. In the meantime, it would be prudent to raise a ticket with Microsoft regarding this issue.

    Just remove VPN or just change the Environment and try it.

    Also try checking the services running on your machine. There should be 4 of them, that have a name starting with "Power Automate". Make sure none of them are stopped. If they are - start them. 

     

    If that doesn't help it, it might in fact be a MSFT service being down, as we have seen other users experiencing some random issues today, too. Just see if it starts working after a while.
