I have sharepoint list where User sends their orders(hardware items) and i orders them from out side.  When i order item then i change the status of the itme to "Orderd but not received" and when i recieve it i change the status to "Received".  When i deliver itme to user then i change the status to Dilivered. The problem is sometime i order the itmes direct to their home address and don't know if they have received it. So the item status stays on "Order but not received", then i manually write to them if they have recieved the item and when they say yes i change it to Dilivered and itmes moves to another list. But it is alot of manual work and some time i forgets and have many itmes on the list with status "Orderd but not received".
I was thinking to create flow in power autoamte which sends email to the user after a week i change the status to "Orderd but not received". In the mail there are some kind of button and if they click on the yes button the flow changes teh status of the item to Dilivered.

How can i make this kind of flow?
or is there any link?

Best regards:
Naji

The below blog is covering how to Send an Email with Options, they are using the data-verse as trigger instead of that as connector you can use SharePoint according to your business logic.
