Create and Share PowerAutomate Desktop Custom template

We have a standard desktop template, and we need to share it to everyone in our organization, so that they can use that template and build their own flows, is there a way we can do that in Power Automate Desktop?

    Hey @zafrullakhan001 

     

    What you could do is basically upload the template file to a SharePoint site and share it with everyone. Then it is just about importing that template and use it by :

    • Power Automate Desktop and go to the "Templates" section
    • Click "Import" and browse to the location where the template file was saved
    • Select the template file and click "Open" to import it
    • The template will now appear in the "My Templates" section. Users can select the template and click "Create Flow" to create a new flow based on the template.
