Since you don't want to send the email to the original sender you don't really want to reply but forward that mail to another person.
So try using Forward an email (V2) -action

Option 1: Reply to Mail v3 Without Original Sender

    1. Use Get the Message (V3) to retrieve the original email.
    2. Use Reply to Mail v3, and in the To field, manually specify the new recipient(s) instead of using the original sender's email address.

Option 2: Send an Email (V2) to Preserve Images

    1. Use Get Email (V3) to retrieve the original email.
    2. Capture the Body of the email in a variable.
    3. Use Send an email (V2), and insert the BODY HTML content as the email body, ensuring that inline images are preserved.
    4. Set the To field to the desired recipient.
