Issue in Power Automate Desktop

Hi,

As per the below screenshot what function need to be used to automatically click on the "Documents and Reporting" tab in the power automate desktop. I have used "Click UI element in window", "Press button on a webpage", " but then it is not getting selected.

Kindly give me the solution for the above mentioned.

When you Test the ui element does it highlight that "Documents and Reporting" or does it highlight the whole header?
The element might be different if you have taken it it different tab. So maybe you captured the element in "Referrals" tab and the "Documents & Reporting" element id is different now that you are in "Prior Authorizations" tab.

Can you show how your element looks?

Hi @Swathilakshmi !

As said by @eetuRobo , test your UI element on your web page if it is reflecting onto it. And always do test and see if it reflects back onto your window / web browser. In that way, you can be sure that it captured well.

Okay so when you press test as @NathanAlvares24 showed in his screenshot it gives green checkmarks I assume.

Do you get error when flow does that action or does it just click wrong place or do nothing at all?
What if you change to a different tab and try to run the flow does it then click some other tab?
Can you take screenshot of the element and the flow so it would be easier to help troubleshoot the problem

When you do 'Test'. Does it appear like:

1)

2)

3)

Or any other tab like the first one like 'Referrals' or 'Eligibility'

Hi @Swathilakshmi ,

Can you firstly confirm whether it is a Web application or Desktop application.
Because I Can one action you have used one action related to window and one action related browser webpage.

Thank you for the solution. I have resolved the issue from my end. Can you please verify as per the below screenshot how to download the documents automatically when the status is in unread in the power automate desktop

I can see and statsus column in image and can you confirm if it a desktop application.

Hi @Swathilakshmi ,

As mentioned i dont have url of the website , I have tried the similar scenario using acme website.
It will click on search button if Type is equal to WI3.
