I am trying to create a weekly email from Opportunities records.  That is done.  However, I want both the Potential Customer and the Opportunity Owner's name to be in the email.  All I can manage is their record ids.

I have tried many solutions in the forum and just cannot get it to work.  Is there a Microsoft CRM Power Automate Flow Book for Dummies??? I need a step-by-step, top to bottom example.  It also seems that there are several ways to accomplish this as I have seen several DIFFERENT solutions.  I think I have tried them all.

How can something that should be so simple appear to be so complex???

😫

    Hi @craigtl ,

You could use two Get record actions to get the name of the owner and Potential Customer.

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Using-Flows/CRM-Dynamics-Online-Owner-name-not-ID/td-p/7770

You should fill id in Get record action and select the entity to lookup entity.

If you want to append this info to HTML table, you need to use variables, please refer to my reply mentioned in the following similar thread:

    Best Regards,
