Flow Triggered Only By Flow Owner

Hi there!

I have a simple flow set up so that when a new site page is created on my SharePoint, with promoted state = 2, a message should be posted to a Teams channel and the item is updated (to categorize in a column):

If I am the one to create the new site page, the flow runs fine; however, if any other the other site owners create the new page, nothing happens. The flow does not fail - it is simply not triggered.

Any ideas as to why? Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,

Since you are the creator of the flow and the flow is not shared with anyone in your organization it wont trigger for other users. Please share the flow with other users and keeping in mind who can trigger and who can't.

Thanks for the tip. Do you know why this would be this case for this flow and not for others? Our other flows that I own have no issues being triggered by others' actions.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Due to nature of flow the scope is restricted to user who created it. Can you please classify the category of the flows which are running.
