Hi,

I'm having trouble with connection errors when it comes to connection flow.

Under connection, it says I'm connected.

However, when I'm trying to create a flow, I'm getting the " Invalid connection, please update your connection to load complete details" error.

How can I resolve this?

Hi,
We have been able to find a workaround for this by typing the Booking ID in manually and it then eventually syncs up. The error message we originally got can be found attached in this comment.

Have you been able to resolve this issue? We are currently experiencing this and tried several different ways to resolve this and no joy as yet.

Hi, we have tried this as well as turning off the new design mode and we are still experiencing the same error message. Have you been able to resolve this. If so, how?

Good solution roktimaditya. Simple but not intuitive. Should I leave the New Designer flag off or just flip it when I need to create or refresh the connection?

This solved my Problem! Switched to old designer and connections are working again!
