Power Automate Error in Saving Flow

Hello. I got this error while I'm trying to save my flow.

 

The message said "The usage configuration 'USER- number' could not be found in integration account 'number-southeastasia'."

 

I can not save my flow, but it seems the flows are working just fine, although slower. Does this mean my current access is blocked in a regional level (South East Asia), as I live in Indonesia? Can anyone explain why this is happening? I haven't tried to create a new flow yet, but will it affect my other flows?
