Hi team,
I have set up a SharePoint list to manage draft documents and metadata.
I have a Power Automate flow that automatically captures the file attachment (Get Attachments>AboluteUri) and sends the hyperlink to another column within the list. This flow works. When you are on the SharePoint list page, you can click on the hyperlink and it opens the document (Word doc). If you email the hyperlink to a SharePoint member, the link works and the file opens.
The problem I am having is that when you email a guest the link, it says access denied. I am using guest permissions to allow read access only to items. Any suggestions?
