Power Automate Flows Quit working a few days ago and the Testing of flows no longer works or fails

A few days ago, the flow i have built quit working.  When i go to check them, there is no history.  They have also stopped allowing me to test them.  When i test the flow, the test never triggers or fails, just sits there and spins indefinitely.

    Check that you are still the owner of the flow ? can you open the flow save as new flow and try edit and test and see if its works ?
