Limit the presentation of MS Flow templates to those services that are active in the tenant.  For instance, we do not have Exchange Online, so a good portion of MS Flow templates currently displayed do not apply to us.  Our users are disappointed to open a Flow template, only to find that they cannot use it.

    If you edit the template, you can insert the mail client actions that you do have.

     

    You can think of them more as a how-to or a set of ideas if that makes them more helpful for you!
