    After the download

get files sort by modified descending ‘this makes it so the latest file in that folder is the first file.

move files %Files[0]% ‘%Files% is the list of files from get files. Indexes are 0 based. So, %Files[0]% is the first file from the list.

    good luck!

    Hi @MichaelAnnis ,

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean.

You mean make the file descending in sharepoint or in file sever? and the variable set %Files[0]% ?

    Thank you for answering me.

    Brs,

    Dora.

No, the action “Get Files” has a sort parameter, you want to sort by “Last Modified” and then flip the selector for Descending.

Please provide a screenshot of your "Get files" parameter screen, the folder you are getting files from, and the list of files in the variable output.

    Thanks, -Mike
