Trying to update people names from List A to List B when created or modified. I have Org code in both list as a unique identifier but when I update list A user it overwrites all user in List B. I only want it to update user in list B when the org name is the same.

    Sharepoint?
Can you share a screenshot of your flow, in edit mode, so we can see logic currently implemented?
    Hope this helps

For some reason the image will not load. I need to update a single Item ID in the target location from the source location in separate site collections.

    Hi

Since you cannot upload images, can you describe step by step in text format what action blocks you are using and the inputs you declared?

    Thanx!

    1. When a Item is created or modified (source_

    2. Get Items (Target)

3.Apply to each (Value of Items)

4.Condition Org Name(target is equal to Org name(source)

    5. Update (Target) User Name from Source

Work flow runs successful but it updates all item instead of the Item that the org names are the same.

    Hi

Your step 5 [Update (Target) User Name from Source] is inside the true branch of thestep 4 [condition action block], right?

If so, it seems your current condition is always true

Another option is that your step 5 is out of your Condition (neither in the true nor the false branches) but inside your Apply to each. If so, you should move it to the proper condition branch

    Hope this helps

I just ran another test and I get error An action Failed. No Dependent actions succeeded.
