Slowness of power automate (NOT DESKTOP and NOT A SPECIFIC SCRIPT)

I feel like I cant be the only one here.. Working with Power Automate is EXTREMELY painful and at best its tolerable. Has anyone else witnessed slowness to a crawl when working with medium to large flows.. Its a pain in the rear to troubleshoot and to add to simply navigate within the script at times is painstaking. Is there a work around that Im not seeing / reading about? Is there a setting to turn off / on in my browser? Is there some application that makes for writing and or troubleshooting easier / faster? Im all ears!

This has been going on for some time now but recently had gotten this message:

"Unable to access browser's local storage. Some features such as undo or redo might not work until you clear browser's data.Learn more" Not sure if these two things are linked or not but any advise would be greatly appreciated.
