Connecting to Jira Cloud

Hello,

I used an API key but I don't seem to be getting the list of my projects in Jira.
I seem to have to enter the project details by hand as they won't load in the drop down lists. (image 1)

Then, even if I do that manually (image 2), I end up receiving an error message (image 3)

Not sure if they are the same errors or different ones, thank you for your help.

Still no solution.

As you imagine summary already exists in the Jira screen.

Have you tried to create a new connection?

You can refer to this site to get the API Token:

Hi.

Did you get the solution for this problem? I have the same scenario and I cannot achieve the solution

even putting the key, it gives me the same error
