Frequently stared to receive this error after upgrading to 2.63. 
 
Only one developer is working on it, after every action we try to save the flow, but all of a sudden this error popups frequently. We are not editing the desktop flow via cloud. We close and open the PAD every time. 
PS: This runs inside Citrix Env and uses Service account to login.

    Try to roll back Power Automate Desktop to version 2.62, which resolves the sync error in Citrix environments.
