How to check - in or check out a document through flow?
Flow does not currently natively support the check in/out of documents in libraries.
I believe you can get where you want to go by calling the SharePoint REST API from your Flow.

Checking in/out a document is not supported in Microsoft Flow currently, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.
