Flow sending two emails instead of one.. Help!

Currently I am using a flow
when email arrive v3
send email v2
In this at
In attachment name i I have added attachment name as a .png then in the attachment content: attachment content
while I am using this flow I am getting the two same emails.
Step 1.
Step2.
The outcome: I am getting the same below same email twice

Hi @shivaambati ,

Because in your attachment contains 2 so it will be looping twice for you.

Use first expression and use email out of apply to each.

Use Compose action and write expression inside using first .

@Ahammad_Riyaz I did the same I use compose first and then output how u added get attachment
Because while I am adding it is giving an error... it is showing invalid reference

First click on expression and write first()
and keep cursor in middle of bracket and select dynamic and select get content and select use compose inside loop
