Hello,

I recently made a Copilot Studio agent to help my organization answer some customer inquiry emails using Copilot Studio AI agent, and it works fine when I run it in a test environment implying when I click on test trigger, the trigger works fine and

everything works as expected except for when I publish my agent and I try to send myself a test customer email, I don't get any response from the agent automatically. I tried looking up for why this happens but couldn't find anything. Any insight or solution for this would be much appreciated!
