Is it possible to run flows on functional mailbox?

    Hi @NehalShah ,

     

    Could you share more details about functional mailbox?

    Is it similar to Shared Mailbox, I am afraid not familiar with it.

    Basically, the accounts used to create email-related connection in MS Flow are personal accounts and need to have related subscriptions.

    Please check if functional mailbox you mentioned meets this requirement.
