Hello all,

whenever I turn on my laptop, the error message pops up: Power Automate is already running. There is an instance of Power Automate with a different version already running on the machine.

Do you know what could be the reason for it and how to solve it?

Error: Power Automate is already running

Based on the error message, it sounds like you have two versions of the app installed. I would go into settings and installed apps to see if two versions are installed. If so, uninstall the older version. You could also go into Settings > Apps > Startup and check to see if there are multiple versions listed and both are set to run at startup. You can then turn off one or both to startup when you turn on your computer.

I've turned off all apps related to power automate. I don't see any errors now. Thank you for your answer.
