Dear Community,

I've been having a little trouble with my flow.

I want to send from an excel file the information about the request that are pending for a specific client so our employees could know what request are in progress yet. I filter the excel with the specific filter query for the "client" and I use a filter array for the request in "Pending" the thing is when I use select the flow just takes the first filter. We have a similar flow working but just with one filter but with this one doesn't work let me show you the idea of the flow:

this is the image of the other flow that works perfect:

I just cant figure it out in the select step what value of the from field should I use, I ve been having the following errors:

I dont know why the other flow works with one filter query, but with two using filter array I am not able to get it.

Thanks in advance, I'll appreciate your comments.

    Hi @FelipeUr  ,

Can you ensure that you are passing an array in apply to each , to ensure the same just have an expression

    item()

in the compose action and run the flow , this should show all the properties for each instance of the array item. Now if this shows an object and that has the property that you are trying to access then you shouldn't get an error.

If this helps , do give this a thumbs up.

    Thanks,

    Sanmesh

    Hi Sanmesh,

Yes I got it in Apply to each the thing is when the email is sent it just took the first condition of the email not both , in this case just one email has to be sent but it is sending 15 emails.

I think that I am doing something wrong in this select step because before that the flow works fine, but after it the compose step just took the first filter in the list row present in a table step.

If you have two conditions to be met consider adding creating an expression with the and operator and use the output array to send an email

I apply your suggestion, but I am not sure in the select process which one should I use, because if I select Iitem or Body, the flow creates another apply to each 2.

    Hi @FelipeUr ,

I think you should be using output array from the filter array action as an input in the select action.

Try to run one step after another. See if it is giving you the expected output after filter array action.

    Hi @SanmeshG ,

Thanks for your help, I could find the solution, in the Select step i had to use the expression @item to call the value that I want to use.

    I really appreciate your advice.
