Issues with Workday HCM connector - Could not create SSL/TLS Secure Channel

I am investigating a flow to connect to Workday HCM.  I have confirmed I can connect to our test WD instance via the WD UI so I know the user ID and password are valid.

 

I have created a very simple flow to test it (Manual Trigger > Get Employee Personal Info)

 

When I test the flow I get the error:

My connection info is:

Workday Endpoint:  https://wd3-impl.workday.com/<testinstance>/d/home.htmld

User name:  <UserID> (also tried with <UserID>@<Testinstance>

 

Any ideas?
