How to approve by email

Dearl all,

In others applications, by example SAP HR, I have the possibility to approve or reject a request directly by email without to use app or connection to specific platform.

Indeed, the approval email contains a link ( example mailto:profile@hris-p38.sap?subject=Profile_CP_D_V_0016XXX&body="XXXX") that create a blank mail with a specific subject. When I send this email, from Outlook, mobile ..., I approve or reject the task.

This way is very easy to use for people in field (by example salesteam).

Do you know if it's possible to implement this way with Microsoft flow ?

Hi @Edouard ,

MS Flow approval can also be directly approved by Approval Mail.

Click Approve or Reject directly in Office 365 outlook email, also add comments.

In addition, you could also use Send email with option action to create approval process.

The Button can also be directly clicked in the email and select Approve or Reject.

Hello,

Thanks for your anwer, I test it.
Unfortunately, this solutions doesnt answer to my request.
Indeed, I want that people can approve or deny without internet connexion, by example when they are in plane or whatever places without connexion.

Any ideas ?

Hi @Edouard ,

Currently MS Flow does not support this scenario.

Configure Flow based on connection. If there is no intenet connection, it is impossible to complete the approval.
