First I download the image from portal
Then open it
Rotate it once , taking screenshot
Screenshot insert in word.

But I want to rotate the image in proper format

Typically, do you rotate your images once, twice, or in specific directions like left or right? How can we convey these instructions to the bot? If the instructions follow a standard pattern, it should be feasible. Could you please provide some sample images here for reference?

As I said earlier, If the instructions is standard pattern, it should be feasible.
Agree with you, its complex if we don't know on the rotation pattern.
