Cannot add root component deployment error

We are trying to deploy a solution to production from our sandbox environment, but we are getting the following error. I believe this has something to do with the AI components we are using, but there isn't really any indication where to go from here. Does anyone have any idea where to look to track down this issue?

    I am doing it through a deployment pipeline in the web UI. And we have deployed this solution several times before to the same location. Not much was added except a few tweaks to an AI builder prompt and a new environment variable.
