Create O365 Calendar Event > Push Data to Excel Spreadsheet > Update PowerBI

I would like to track calendar events within an Excel spreadsheet, and I've been struggling with mastering flow.

I would need to pull the calendar information (Office 365), and the attendee information (Office365 Users), to then add it to a new table row in Excel (Excel). If the Excel is already connected to PowerBi and a report, this should automatically update.

Any guidance or help would be appreciated!

    Hi @gemdemhen,

We could use the Office 365 Outlook-Get Events to pull Events information from Calendar, then use the Excel Insert Row Action.

But currently the attendees is not available to use here.

I will forward this and see if there are any workarounds on this.

    Regards

    Hi @gemdemhen,

    Apologize for the late response.

For the Attendees information, we could add an apply to each before we add the Inset Row Action. See my screenshots:

Here we use the Outlook->When a new event is created as the trigger, the first Insert Row is used to update the table for Events, and Insert Row 2 is used to update the Attendees Email address.

    Steps should be as below:

    1. Add the When a new Event is created trigger, choose the right claendar,

    2. Add the Insert Row Action, specify the file, table and the Event related information with the corresponding column,

3, Add another Insert Row Action, Under the dynamic content, you should be able to find two Address content listed, choose the one which would add an apply to each.

    Hope this information is helpful.

And if you have any further questions, please feel free to post back.

    Regards
