I created a flow in Power Automate web to automatedly sent a notification in Teams Channel after I updated some files in it, but I found the notifications were keep coming out in Channels while I am editing, so I turned it off and deleted it in my Power Automate web, but the notifications still come out while editing the files, and I can't find a way to close it! Don't know if you ever met with this issue, it is really urgent for me!

    Hi,

    Pending Power Automate runs are still finishing.
    Microsoft notes that when a cloud flow is turned off, no new runs start, but in-progress/pending runs continue; when deleted, pending runs are canceled, but mass cancellation can take time.

    If you have any questions or feedback, please let me know. Have a great day! 😊

    You do not show your flow, so I’m not exactly sure how it works, but I assume you are using the “When an item or file is modified” trigger.

    If so, add a trigger condition to only run if the Modified date/time is older than the current time minus X minutes:

    @less(triggerOutputs()?['body/Modified'], addMinutes(utcNow(), -10))

    This will prevent the flow from triggering repeatedly during rapid edits. Adjust the number of minutes to control how long it waits between notifications.

    To cancel (close) running flows, open the workflow and choose All runs.

    Then check the radio button next to the runs you want to cancel and choose Cancel flow run(s) from the menu.
    'Based on the description of your flow, I doubt you'll find any running. If the only thing the flow does is send a Teams message when a file is modified, the flow will run and complete within a few seconds. You'd only be able to cancel flows that contain a delay, such as with an approval action that waits for a response.

    The issue is solved, I let my teammate to check her Workflows, the flow is found in her Workflows, I don't know why the flow moved to her side, but she closed it and problem solved.
