I want to export the Desktop flow. I got to know that it can be done by creating solution, but I doesn't find that option in Desktop App. How to export it.

You'll do all the exporting within the Power Automate site, not the Desktop app.

    1) From Power Automate, on the left-hand side bar select Solutions. (If you don't see this option click "... More")

    2) Start a New Solution.

    3) Fill in the required fields then click the Create button.

    4) Your new solution will automatically open. Choose Add Existing -> Automation -> Desktop Flow

    5) Select which Desktop Flows to add to the solution.
    6) Now click this button to jump to the Overview screen.

    7) Export your solution

    8) Publish the solution then click Next.

    9) I typically choose to "Export as: Unmanaged" since I do this to keep backups, but you can click the Learn More to read about the difference. Click Export.

    10) You're done.

    Hi,

There is no direct approach to download desktop file, only the way using creating Solution and adding desktop flow.

2nd Approach Copy the code and paste it into a notepad.
Note: Web Automation not suggested for copy paste

There is no direct way to share desktop flows from Power Automate Desktop. However, you can use the following workaround:

If you have multiple flows, create separate .txt files with the respective flow names. For each flow:

    1. Select all the actions (Ctrl + A) and copy them (Ctrl + C).
    2. Paste the copied actions into the corresponding .txt file.

To reuse the flows, simply open the .txt file, copy the content, and paste it back into a new flow in PAD. This will recreate the same flow.
