Trigger failing to generate email whenever a file gets uploaded to the folder

Basic Trigger to to generate email whenever a file gets uploaded to the folder. It is getting failed with error 'When_a_file_is_created_(properties_only)' failed.

    Please post screenshots (pasted into the comment box) of your current flow's area that you're having trouble with. (feel free to blank out company-specific details in the screenshots). 
     
    We'll specifically need to see the full error message you're getting in addition to screenshots of the flow.
