lists - shift people from one column to another

Hello,
i want to shift a column with more people into another column.
Copilot says i should update the item and use the whole column as input for the other.
This doesn't work and i get the follow errormessage.
Can somebody help me?

    Hello,
     
    if i recall correctly it only wants the claims property as input, such as: 
     
    [
    {
      "Claims": "EMAIL1"
    },
    {
      "Claims": "EMAIL2"
    }
    ]
     
    You can do this by using the "Select" step in Power Automate, using "Claims" as the field to map.
     
    Then you can simply use the "Select" output as input to the column and it should work.
