Extract data from Window returns only first text

Hello,

I'm trying to create a Desktop Flow that get some information from a popup window (created by softphone software when an incoming call arrive).

I'm using the "Extract data from window" action.

The action only gets the first row (the number) but I need to grab also the other texts in the window.

I've also tried to use the "Get details of window" action but the result is the same.

Is it an intended behavior of the action or I miss something?

Hi @linkin1986

This doesn't appear to be an intended behaviour.
Could you play around some more while adding the UI elements.
Maybe hovering the mouse at a different place on this screen can point to the 2nd and 3rd labels.
If feel so that if the 1st label is possible then definitely there must be a way to capture the other two.

Edit: also explore the possibility of modifying the 1st selector to get to the 2nd and 3rd label.

Hi @VJR ,

Thanks for the reply.

In order to get at least the first row I must select the entire window.

If I try to select single UI element (for example the second or the third row) the action return nothing.

Could you please point me to the right direction for edit the window selector?

Manually, can you click on that window, Control A, Control C, and try to paste that into a text file? Curious what you get, if anything?

Edit: if I try to select the single UI element, it is indicated as text

You can convert text to number for the first line.

It is clearly seen from your images that you are able to detect the UI elements for all the 3 lines.
This is what I was referring to. Looks like you are using Communicator. I have detected Ui elments of Communicator via Blue Prism (another RPA tool). Therefore I was sure that you will be able to read all the 3 lines by some playing around with it.
Now you just need to read the values of these UI elments.
