Save Microsoft Forms Responses (with Attachments) to a List

Hi,

I have a Microsoft Form with three file‑upload questions. I watched a YouTube tutorial and created a Power Automate flow (screenshot below). The first attachment is getting added to the SharePoint list, but the other two are not.

How can I build a flow that ensures all three attachments (one per question) are added to the SharePoint List item? Thanks!

    Are the files uploaded in a single question on the form or one file per question?  If its all through one question then you should only need one apply to each loop.  If its one file per question then you should be able to do it without any loops, but with multiple get content actions.  You should also add all the files to an array in the flow and then add them to the list item with an update Item.  This blog post I wrote isn't exactly what you want because its about adding the files to an array to send them via email.  But it will help.  Emailing File Attachments from Forms with Power Automate – What Me Pa..Panic?
