Copilot M365 user now can´t execute Copilot flows.

When trying to run flows that previouly worked I´m met with "The environment 'XXX' does not have sufficient Copilot Credits to run workflows. " in cloud flows. Also, for copilot flows I get the message "Se necesitan más créditos de Copilot para que se ejecute este flujo. Las ejecuciones de agentes realizadas por usuarios de M365 Copilot y las pruebas no consumen créditos. " even though the executions should not use credits and should use my license. In the 'run-only user' section, I have set it so that the connection is provided by the user. Even if I set it to my user it does not work.

Copilot Credits are applied at the environment level, not the user level. If a flow uses any Copilot/AI action, credits are consumed from the environment’s allocated balance, regardless of the user, license, or connection used.

I thought this table meant that with a valid license no credits are needed.

Ok, I found the Issue: you have to set the license as "The user who rons the flow" instead of the "Copilot Studio" option. It will not show in the Copilot flows list but if it´s in the same solution as the agent, it will work.
