Verify the account used by the connection
Confirm:
User still exists and is enabled
License includes Azure AD / Entra ID access
No recent role or security changes
Check Conditional Access & sign‑in logs
Look for blocked or failed sign‑ins tied to Power Automate or Graph.
If recently changed, roll back or switch identity
Temporarily use a different service or admin account to validate root cause.
