Hi,

I am quite new to Power Automate.

I have created a power automate flow to send an email when a form is completed. For some reason it is not pulling through one of the questions, this option is always blank. I have checked the response details and even added this again, does anyone have any ideas please?

Is the question 'Are the hours added or subtracted' setup as a choice question on a MS form?
Is there an 'Add other' option on the question aswell? And can multiple options be selected?

Hi, Thank you for your reply. No the question just has 2 options, you cannot select multiple and it is down as a required question.

Could you please double check if you are selecting the field from dynamic content of get response details action? If you are not picking from right dynamic content often results in empty values.

Hi, I have used the response details. Weirdly I also have 7 other cases with the same email response that seem to work it just seems to be this one. So I have even deleted the original case and added a new one and this still doesn't seem to work?
