How many unattended runs are running concurrently. The run has exceeded the queue waiting time limit

We have 28 'Power Automate Unattended RPA" bots assigned to an environment.

I am seeing error "The run has exceeded the queue waiting time limit. Consider allocating more machines or spreading desktop flow runs to optimize wait time in the queue."

Does that mean we are going over the 28 limit ; so the others go into a queue but eventually the queue times out ?

I have tried using the 'Desktop Flow Activity' in make.powerautomate.com and the Power BI Desktop report but I cant see how many are running at the same time.

I have the same question (0)

Yes, it means exactly that. When the flow starts, if there are no available machines to run it on, it will be queued. If a machine does not become available within 3 hours after the flow was called, it will be cancelled with this error (source: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/run-desktop-flows-sequentially ).

Try checking "Monitor" > "Desktop flow runs". Then look at all runs and modify the status filter. It is by default set to only show flows that have finished (succeeded, failed or cancelled). Modify the status filter to include flows that are "running" and "queued" to see what's active at the moment.

Thanks, some good info there. e.g. I can see some flows that joined the queue "4 mo ago"
