D365-Powerautomate workflows

Hello,
We have a customer who approves all D365 workflows using Power Automate Approvals, mainly via the Power Automate mobile app and Microsoft Teams.

When an approval is completed from Microsoft Teams, the approval status is updated to "Approved" in Teams, and the approval item is correctly removed from the Power Automate mobile app.
However, when the same approval is completed directly from D365, the approval status is updated in D365 only. The approval item remains pending in both Microsoft Teams and the Power Automate mobile app, and their statuses are not refreshed.
This causes an inconsistency between D365 and Power Automate/Teams approvals and leads to duplicate or outdated approval requests for users.

Is there a supported way to synchronize approval status updates when approvals are completed directly from D365 so that Teams and the Power Automate mobile app are also updated?
Best regards.

There isn’t an OOTB supported sync that updates Teams/Power Automate Approvals when a D365 workflow approval is completed directly in D365.

The supported way to resolve this is architectural: either enforce one channel (recommended), or implement a compensating flow that closes the Power Automate approval when D365 is completed (accepting the responder/audit caveat).

If you tell me whether this is D365 Customer Engagement (Dataverse) workflows or D365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) workflow work items, I can tell you the exact trigger/table/event you should use to detect “approved in D365” and the cleanest correlation strategy for the Approval ID
