Is this Microsoft/Twitter issue going to also mean removal from Flow/Logic App connectors?

Currently, no such news has been released, and Twitter Connector is still included in Available connections list.
Please check the available connections list and get more information about the currently supported connections:

Also, you could consider subscribe Microsoft Flow Blog, here is the latest description of the extension of MS Flow's features and the release of some information:
