Hi, I would like to know how to user 'List Folder' to just list out 10 records within a 100000 documents under SharePoint document library. Or is there any alternate method to list out the folder (name) with limited row of records?

That's a lot of records for Flow to parse. Power Automate supports pagination (I have an article explaining the Get Items action that describes how to enable pagination. You can find it here).
You can try but please note that your Flow may take a while to run.
