Can you please clarify what you are trying to do. How your post is worded, I am not sure if you want to:
Import an Excel spreadsheet that has 5,000 rows in order to create a new SharePoint list, or maybe add the 5,000 rows as 5,000 new items in an existing SharePoint lsit.
You have an Excel spreadsheet stored in SharePoint, and you want to use one of the Excel actions in Power automate to process 5,000 rows of data in the spreadsheet and do something with it.
Or if you are trying to import the 5,000 rows from a spreadsheet stored in SharePoint somewhere else such as a Dataverse table.
You should also insert your image directly into your post and you will not need to wait for the attachment to be scanned.
