Hi,

I have hidden the HTML in my Send Email with Options and it is appearing correctly when the email first goes out. However, if I forward or reply to the email it is showing as HTML and showing the incorrect approval options that will not trigger the rest of the flow. How do I remove the HTML from the body if the email gets responded to or forwarded?
