Says Flow created with newer version

I am getting the following error with all my flows. "The flow has been generated by a newer Power Automate version..." I created the flows, so they were created with the version installed and when I do "check for updates" it says I have the latest version installed. I had a windows update last night, so I'm guessing that has something to do with it, but how do I fix it?

I figured it out. On the desktop app, when I clicked "Check for Updates", it said I had the latest version. But when I went to the web and clicked Install, there was a later version available.

Still not quite sure why it quit working with the version it was created in, but it's working now!
