How can we change the owner for email triggered after a sharepoint is updated?

Hi,

Use Office 365 Outlook Connector
Go to your flow's Send an email

In the From Send as field, enter the new person's full email newowner@company.com

Save and test; it sends as that person if they allow it via Outlook delegation or admin setup.

Limit: Needs permission from the new owner in their Outlook settings.

Switch Flow Owner Entirely
Open Power Automate portal > My flows.

Pick your flow >Share the flow for new Owner> Click the 3 dots > Settings > Owner section.

Remove old owner, add new email, save.

All future emails from this flow now come from the new owner's account.

Note: In simple Share the flow to the new User and Open the flow from his ID and change the email connection
