Hi,
I have set up a very simple flow to send messages to Teams group chat as a Flow Bot.
When I change my password, which is compulsory for me every three months, this flow fails.
Error: The sender with objectId '7967fec3-fc4f-4200-a6d8-25185c439847' is not a member of the chat.
I have tried
- log out and log in multiple times
- restart my computer
- rewrite the flow
but none of it fixes the problem.
I wonder why the flow bots stops being a member of the chat and how I can solve the problem?
Thank you!!!
Best,
Angela
Thanks - this fixed the issue on my end. 3/4 of my connections said "unauthorized - click here to fix" or something like that. Once I clicked each of them and logged in, the flow was working again and posting to the teams channel. Appreciate the help Shuvam
Please review and follow this issue, thanks....the connection of team always failed by this reason.

Hi iTalent & AnnaChu,
Please review the issue within this post.
As below run history, we can see - the failed failed rate so here. And all of them are failed by same reason- "The sender with objectId 'xxx‘is not a member of the chat." -- this cause big confuse within my user groups
I start face this from Last Time Team done for whole APAC
After that time, my flow always failed by this error, if i rerun then the flow will always pass
So for entitlement - i have access to send the message to team.

Thank you Shuvam, I just checked and the connection is all good. The teams action is connected. I tested the flow and it is good now. I didn't do anything in between. So next time this happens, I should just wait?
Hi @Angela , Kindly check powerautomate connection menu , if the team action you are using is connected or not.
