Dataverse Action-Download a file or an Image not working

Hi Team,
We’re encountering an issue in our Power Automate flow when retrieving file content from a Dataverse File column using the Dataverse – Download a file or an image action. The Base64 returned appears to be corrupted when passed to OneDrive – Create file, resulting in blank documents in OneDrive.

What we’re seeing
For files with only simple text/formatting, the flow works as expected—the Base64 is valid and the created file opens correctly.
For other files (e.g., richer formatting or different file types), the content created in OneDrive is blank, suggesting the Base64 is not being interpreted correctly.

Actions used
Dataverse: Download a file or an image (from a File column)
OneDrive: Create file (using the output from step 1 as File Content)

Request
Could you please help us troubleshoot why the Base64 content from the Dataverse download action is resulting in blank files in OneDrive for certain documents?

Actually we are passing the body only using dynamic content.
we tried even passing through http request but the movement its getting passed to crate a file the base 64 becomes corrupted.
