Power Automate Desktop integrated with SNOW

Could anyone please help me with the information if we can integrate the SNOW with PAD? Snow will push the User Request ticket information to PAD queues, then PAD must use the queue data to process it. (Similar to UIPath Transactional Data Processing from the Orchestrator).

    Currently PAD does not have queue functionality (simmilar to UiPath Queues) , Hoping that feature would be available soon 🙂

     

    Does SNOW which you have mentioned here is Service Now ?

    Hi @Anonymous 

     

    I would suggest to try the service now connectors in power automate cloud flow

    In your case, you can use List Records, then for each record , you can loop through PAD flow using run desktop flow action

    Simmilar to Queue based, you can set the items/record in sharepoint with status column which would have details of Whether you are processing is of new, successfull or failed.

     

    regarding autoretry, you have to handle that within flow as of now 🙂

    okay, we will try this approach. In my case, its an end-to-end automation so I need to update the ticket processing status back to the respective Service Now ticket. How to achieve this?

     

    Should we make the API calls to Service now ticket ? 

    If so, what is the end point Urls?

    Hi @Anonymous 

     

    I hope Update record can help you to update a ticket processing status [I haven't worked on these actions before, but i hope this would work for yoru scenario]

    Once processing is completed in desktop flow, the output from desktop flow [which can be ticket processing status] can be passed to Update record action to update a specific ticket 🙂
