Flow sharing- mail to planner

Hi

I created a flow which open a task in planner when I recieve a mail from a specific sender.

I want to share this flow with my co-workers, so once any of us get a mail from this sender, a task will be opened in our shared board in Planner.

I made my teammates as owners to the flow, yet seems like the flow is working only on my mailbox.

Any suggestions?

    Hi @marcusyaki,

It might be a default behavior of flow, though you have shared the flow with coworkers, the flow will only be triggered based on the connections which are being used. So when your coworkers got an email from the specific sender, it won’t work because it is using your connections.

Please try if the following workarounds will work for you.

#1, use a Shared mailbox so that the flow could be triggered when an email arrives in a Shared mailbox.

#2, export the flow first, then your coworkers could reimport the flow and create the flow with their own credentials. More details about export and import flow, please check it at here:

Hope this could be your reference.

    Best regards,

    Mabel Mao
